Ram Specialist

RAM Specialist Description:
  • Connect to a minimum of 75 panels per shift with a minimum of 85% completion rate using remote programming software
  • Identify and internally escalate change requests that appear incorrect or may result in unintended consequences
  • Manage and respond to daily emails with proper email etiquette through outlook
  • Process and respond to all customer requests received via email and RAM reports
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
RAM Specialist Requirements:
  • Ability to sit at a computer for extended periods of time using multiple monitors
  • Team player who fulfills commitments to internal and external customers with a positive attitude
  • Strong problem solving and decision making skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Ability to type 35 WPM with accuracy of 96% or higher
  • Experience using office equipment such as computer, headset, copier, etc.
  • Experience using MS Office products

  • Tuesday through Friday 11:30 A.M. To 8:00 P.M. And Saturdays 1:00 P.M. To 7:00 P.M. With Sunday and Mondays off

Product Specialists will learn and master auto sales within a value creation sales experience focused on customers needs while also learning and mastering Honda product knowledge. Specialist will then guide customers through the purchase experience in a negotiation-free environment.

Job Duties include but are not limited to:

  • To identify the customers needs and buying motivations and pair them with the correct vehicle, conduct the product presentation, perform the demonstration drives, and ask customers to purchase the vehicle.
  • Constant improvement in vehicle and process knowledge and in educating the customer on products and processes.
  • Assisting customers at initial contact, professional follow up, and after the purchase.
  • Track customers through meticulous input of information into database. Follow up by phone, email, and documentation of all communication.
  • Desire to learn and understand vehicle financing and to be comfortable presenting financing options to customers.
  • Ability to be advanced to an elite product specialist able to take the customer from initial greeting through the entire sales experience ending with the presentation of all ancillary financial products and the signing of all purchase documents.

Paperwork/Reporting Duties:

  • Meticulous eye for detail in all paperwork.
  • Creation of purchase agreements, appraisal information, credit applications, and all other documentation.
  • Strict adherence to all local, state, and federal reporting guidelines.

Employee Requirements:

  • Education -  Prior sales experience is not a must. Customer service experience, however, is preferred.
  • Skills/Aptitudes - Strong verbal and written communication ability, strong listening skills, ability to take instruction and follow direction, punctuality, strong customer focus and a growth mindset.
  • Miscellaneous - Valid US drivers license and a clean driving record, social security card, competed job application, and completion of drug screening.
  • English/Spanish bilingualism is a plus.
  • Provide exemplary customer service.

Store Hours:

  • Monday through Friday 9am-8pm
  • Saturdays 9am - 7pm
  • Sundays Closed

Compensation:

  • Commission based.
